Registration

The registration period is now closed. New registration are no longer being accepted.

1) Please look over your player status, online here, and check to make sure everything is correct, and complete any missing items.

2) Please remember:
– If you are a USAU member, please make sure you’ve confirmed your roster spot, paid your USAU dues, and done the online waiver.
– If you will be under 18 on the tournament date (11/21), you must bring a medical authorization form.
– If you’re not a USAU member, please make sure you bring a completed form for non-USAU members.

3) All players must check in between 8:15 and 8:45am on tournament day, Saturday, 11/21. Games will begin promptly at 9am. The awards ceremony will conclude by 5pm.


In order for your Hatgiving 2015 registration to be complete, you must complete four steps:

Pay || Registration form || Form for non-USAU members || Form for minors

1) Pay your event registration fee using PayPal. (This is the ONLY way you can pay for the event.) You must pay the fee before filling out the registration form in step #2.

Already a USAU member = $20
MINOR – Not a USAU member = $30 [This includes the USAU one-time event fee for minors.]
ADULT – Not a USAU member = $35 [This includes the USAU one-time event fee for adults.]

All registrants also have the option of donating $5 or $10 towards Valley Ultimate’s continued development of youth Ultimate in the Pioneer Valley.

PayPal payments can be made below. Note that you can make a PayPal payment with a credit card without creating a PayPal account. If you are making a payment for someone else, please make sure you put the name of the player in the “special instructions” field during PayPal checkout:

2) Fill out the online registration form.

3) If you are not a USAU member, you must bring a completed USAU membership form with you to the event. Both adults and minors must fill out this form. The form is available for download right here (PDF). Select the “Single event” option. You will not be allowed to play until this form has been handed off to us at the event. Please do not mail this form to us.

4) If you will be under 18 on 11/21/15, you must bring a completed medical authorization form with you. The form is available for download right here (PDF). Please list Josh Seamon, Joe Costello, Terry Plotkin, and Jo Sleigh as the event chaperones. You will not be allowed to play until this form has been handed off to us at the event. Please do not mail this form to us.

Once you have completed the online registration form and we have received your payment, your spot will be confirmed and listed on the Player Status page.
