Pioneer Valley Ultimate Google Group: This is a general discussion email group that anyone is free to join and post to. Looking for a coach? Have a general question for the community? This is the group for you! This list is currently averaging about 3-6 messages per month. During the busier months it could be more around 15-25 per month. You can sign up for daily digests or immediate notifications by clicking on the link above.

PLOW Email Group: PLOW seeks to create a welcoming environment for all female-identifying and non-binary players the area in order to create a competitive and fun team in the valley. The team strives to be hard-working with a positive attitude and a commitment to growing womxn’s ultimate while still promoting spirited play. PLOW is a group of fun-loving, hard-working and ocean-swimming players and we’d love for you to join us in 2019!
